Uniswap Labs is a core contributor to the Uniswap Protocol, the world's largest decentralized exchange, with over $4T in volume processed across 17 chains. The company builds the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, Trading API, and Unichain. This role is part of Uniswap Labs' first structured new-grad engineering cohort, where new hires join an engineering pod, ship production code within their first weeks, and are paired with a dedicated senior mentor.

Engineers in this program work across web, backend, infrastructure, and optionally smart contracts, moving across stack layers as their skills grow, based in-person at the New York City headquarters five days a week.

This is a New York-based, in-person early-career engineering role at one of DeFi's most established teams, with disclosed compensation of $138,400 to $198,000 plus a token grant.
