Site Reliability Engineer

LayerZero Labs, builder of the omnichain interoperability protocol behind Arbitrum, Base, and dozens of other chains, is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer for its SRE team, which sits at the intersection of software and systems engineering. The role covers building and running blockchain node infrastructure across many DLTs and keeping LayerZero's services reliable at scale.

• Build, monitor, and maintain blockchain node infrastructure (validator/full/archive nodes, RPC optimization) across multiple DLTs
• Collaborate with product and platform engineers on reliability, scalability, and observability
• Develop infrastructure as code, primarily Kubernetes Helm charts
• Automate incident detection, triage, and resolution
• Participate in on-call rotation for team-owned systems

• 4+ years as an SRE, DevOps engineer, or similar
• TypeScript or Golang for tooling/automation
• Deep Unix/Linux internals and systems administration
• Distributed system design and high-availability architecture
• 3+ years with Kubernetes, including Helm chart authoring
• Blockchain node infrastructure familiarity
