Senior Product Manager, Crypto Trading
Job Description
Senior Product Manager on Robinhood's Crypto team, responsible for building the next generation of crypto trading experiences. Robinhood pioneered commission-free trading and is now expanding into advanced crypto infrastructure — advanced order types, exchange integrations, smart order routing, and CeDeFi products that embed onchain finance directly into the Robinhood app for millions of retail users.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy for sophisticated crypto trading: advanced order types, execution quality, and smart order routing
- Lead cross-functional teams to build and ship crypto trading features and exchange integrations
- Build CeDeFi experiences including staking, DeFi-powered yield, and onchain product integrations for retail users
- Use research, experimentation, and analytics to continuously improve trading outcomes for millions of users
- Own roadmap prioritization and execution across high-impact crypto trading initiatives
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of consumer product management experience
- At least 1 year of experience shipping crypto or DeFi products
- Deep familiarity with crypto trading mechanics: order books, settlement, exchange integrations
- Experience with user research, experimentation, and product analytics in consumer apps
- High standard of craft and urgency; ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and business
Additional Information
Role is hybrid, 3 days per week in office. Locations: Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY. Salary Zone 1 (CA/NY): $217,000–$255,000 base. Equity and full benefits included.
