Senior Product Manager AI Agent Products

OKX is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for its AI Agent products. You will define the vision and strategy for how AI agents enhance the OKX experience across trading, customer support, and portfolio management, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ship products that delight users.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for OKX's AI Agent product portfolio
• Define user requirements and write detailed product specifications for AI features
• Collaborate with engineering and AI research teams to prioritize and deliver features
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions
• Track competitive developments in AI and crypto products to identify differentiation opportunities
• Manage cross-functional product launches and measure success through clear metrics

• Senior product management experience with AI or fintech products
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities including LLMs, agents, and automation tools
• Experience with data-driven product decision making and A/B testing
• Excellent communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, trading, and DeFi concepts

About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for product planning and solution design for an enterprise-grade AI Native engineering platform, driving the deep integration of AI Agents, AI Coding, knowledge capabilities, and engineering platform systems. The goal is to build an intelligent product system covering requirement analysis, solution design, development collaboration, testing validation, environment orchestration, and knowledge accumulation. This role serves complex engineering processes and multi-role collaboration scenarios. You are expected to design AI product capabilities that can be embedded into workflows, measured for impact, and continuously evolved in real enterprise environments, enabling the product to scale from pilot adoption to broad organizational rollout.
