Senior Product Designer
Job Description
The Solana Foundation is looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape developer and user-facing experiences across the Solana ecosystem. This remote role covers design work across Foundation products, developer tooling, and ecosystem initiatives, partnering with engineers and PMs to create intuitive, high-impact interfaces for one of crypto's fastest-growing networks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for Foundation-owned tools, dashboards, and ecosystem platforms.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability studies across developer and end-user audiences.
- Define and maintain design systems and visual standards for Solana Foundation products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams from design review through implementation.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of product design experience; at least 2 years in blockchain or developer tooling.
- Strong Figma portfolio showing end-to-end design work across multiple products.
- Experience designing developer-facing products, documentation tools, or technical UIs.
- Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Comfortable working across timezones in an async-first remote environment.
