Senior Product Designer, Crypto
Job Description
Robinhood's Crypto team is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own design strategy and execution for retail crypto trading and to support onchain experiences, balancing 0-to-1 product bets with improvements to existing surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design strategy for retail crypto experiences.
- Partner with engineering, product, and legal/compliance from concept through launch.
- Simplify complex crypto concepts for first-time and experienced users.
- Use AI to explore problem spaces and prototype quickly.
- Set and uphold design craft standards across the crypto team.
What we are looking for
- Strong product design experience on complex consumer-facing products with end-to-end ownership.
- Active use of AI in the design workflow.
- Systems thinking balancing detail and big picture.
- Experience working with legal and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Crypto curiosity; deep crypto expertise not required.
Additional Information
In-person at least 3 days per week in Menlo Park or New York. Employer-stated base pay for these locations: $166,000-$195,000; bonus, equity and benefits also offered.
