Senior PR & Communications Manager

Offchain Labs is seeking a Senior PR & Communications Manager to serve as the primary architect of global communications strategy for the Arbitrum ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller with a proven track record in media relations, executive communications, and comprehensive PR strategy. This role is central to building Offchain's reputation as the team behind Ethereum's most widely adopted Layer 2 — working with major players including Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, and Aave.

• Craft and execute comprehensive PR and communication strategies aligned with business objectives, covering media relations, executive thought leadership, and ecosystem growth
• Oversee external PR agencies and global partners, setting clear KPIs and ensuring consistent delivery on brand goals
• Build and nurture deep relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers in blockchain, crypto, and broader technology sectors
• Generate high-quality content across channels including press releases, blog posts, social media, and executive briefing materials
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, preparing them for media interviews, keynote speeches, and industry panels
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure consistent brand messaging and technical accuracy
• Spearhead crisis communications and proactively develop frameworks to mitigate reputational risks
• Monitor and analyse PR metrics, reporting on share of voice and sentiment to key stakeholders

• Extensive experience in PR and communications, with at least 3 years of deep immersion in blockchain and crypto
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts such as Layer 2 scaling into accessible narratives for varied audiences
• Established network of media contacts in Web3 and mainstream business and tech press
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatility in tone and format
• Demonstrated experience managing high-stakes communications in a 24/7 news cycle environment
• Track record of PR initiatives that directly contribute to long-term business growth
• Calm, strategic counsel under pressure; thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
