Senior Product Manager, Universal KYC - MetaMask Passport

Consensys is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own MetaMask Passport—a universal, privacy-preserving identity layer that lets users prove credentials across the web3 ecosystem without sacrificing sovereignty. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market for Universal KYC, partnering closely with DeFi protocols, exchanges, and regulators to make compliant on-chain finance accessible at scale.

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for MetaMask Passport / Universal KYC
• Work with DeFi protocols, exchanges, and institutional partners to design compliant credential flows
• Lead discovery on privacy-preserving identity (ZK proofs, selective disclosure) and translate insights into specs
• Set KPIs and success metrics; communicate progress to leadership and external stakeholders

• 5+ years in product management with experience shipping identity, compliance, or fintech products
• Deep understanding of KYC/AML regulations and how they interact with decentralized protocols
• Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs, verifiable credentials, or privacy-preserving identity primitives
• Strong async communication and stakeholder management skills; prior crypto/web3 product experience strongly preferred
