Senior Paralegal

Blockdaemon is looking for a Senior Paralegal to support its growing legal and compliance function. You will work alongside experienced in-house counsel on corporate transactions, contracts, regulatory filings, and day-to-day legal operations at one of the leading blockchain infrastructure companies.

• Assist in-house counsel with contract drafting, review, and management
• Manage corporate records, entity maintenance, and regulatory filings
• Support due diligence processes for transactions, partnerships, and vendor agreements
• Coordinate with external counsel and maintain legal project trackers
• Research legal and regulatory issues relevant to blockchain and digital assets

• 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience with corporate governance, commercial contracts, and entity management
• Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or fintech preferred
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
