Senior Manager, AML Financial Intelligence Unit - Digital Assets

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of AML Investigations, the Senior Manager will help design and run SoFi's transaction monitoring and wallet screening programs across fiat, cryptocurrency and stablecoins.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of FIU investigators handling AML and fraud alerts involving crypto and stablecoins
- Provide subject-matter expertise on complex digital-asset investigations, including on-chain tracing
- Conduct and oversee unsupported token reviews
- Coach investigators to improve quality, consistency and productivity
What we are looking for
- AML investigations leadership experience
- Knowledge of digital-asset and on-chain investigation techniques
- Experience with transaction monitoring and wallet screening programs
