Job Description
Sits in Parity's Acceleration department on the Polkadot Research Engineering team, leading end-to-end feature delivery from problem discovery to production using an AI-native workflow to iterate rapidly.
Responsibilities
- Full-lifecycle ownership of features (scoping, architecture, deployment, iteration on live data)
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflow
- Make autonomous decisions in ambiguity
- Ship MVPs fast and validate with real users
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders and cross-functionally to remove blockers
What we are looking for
- Proven experience building production-grade web apps (TypeScript/React or similar)
- Strong frontend architecture and component-driven development knowledge
- System-design understanding
- Strong product intuition for applying AI to real user problems
Additional Information
Candidates are onboarded as contractors via Parity's UK entity.
