Ava Labs is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering org for Fortary, its institutional digital-asset custody, trading, and staking platform, owning the architecture of the distributed MPC custody system.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering organization for the Fortary custody platform
- Own architecture of the distributed MPC custody system
- Hire and grow the engineering team
- Partner with Security and executives on institutional-scale infrastructure
What we are looking for
- MPC / threshold signatures
- HSMs
- Distributed systems
- Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD
- Custody architecture
- SOC 2 / ISO 27001
