Senior Engineer, Solana

R3 is building the on-ramp for the next trillion dollars of assets to move on-chain, bridging TradFi and DeFi. This Senior Full Stack Engineer role builds and ships production RWA trading and lending infrastructure on Solana for the Corda Protocol, an institutional tokenized Real World Asset platform. The role spans on-chain Solana programs through to the front ends investors, traders and integrators use.

• Influence design and development of the Corda Protocol RWA yield marketplace toward a multichain, multi-curator future
• Design and build Solana programs (Rust/Anchor) for vaults, order books, AMMs, and lending markets
• Build the full stack around these programs: indexers, keepers/crankers, APIs, and React/TypeScript front ends
• Work directly on market-making and liquidity systems that keep venues liquid and solvent
• Participate in code review, threat modelling, and internal/external audits
• Design, implement, and optimize SDKs powering integrations with centralized partners

• Prior experience at a crypto-native or web3 engineering team, ideally at a lending protocol, yield marketplace, or vaults infra project
• Minimum 6 years in software development, 2+ years of production Rust on Solana
• Proven experience shipping Solana programs (Anchor or native) — order books, AMMs, lending protocols, or market-making systems
• Full-stack range: on-chain program logic plus TypeScript/React/Node off-chain services
• Solid understanding of Solana's account model, PDAs, CPI, and compute limits
