Senior Counsel, Product and Commercial
Job Description
Ondo Finance is hiring a Senior Counsel, Product and Commercial to support its rapidly growing tokenized real-world asset (RWA) business. You will provide legal guidance across product development, commercial transactions, and regulatory strategy as Ondo scales its on-chain institutional finance products globally.
Responsibilities
- Advise on product structure and legal risk for tokenized RWA offerings including OUSG and other products
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with institutional partners, custodians, and service providers
- Support regulatory engagement and licensing strategy across US and international jurisdictions
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and finance teams on new initiatives
- Manage outside counsel relationships and oversee legal matters related to product launches
What we are looking for
- JD from an accredited law school with 6+ years of relevant legal experience
- Background in securities law, fintech, or financial products at a law firm or in-house
- Understanding of blockchain technology, tokenization, and DeFi protocols
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Bar admission in at least one US state
