Senior Counsel, Product & Commercial

Ondo Finance, a leading tokenized real-world asset (RWA) platform, is seeking a Senior Counsel to support product and commercial legal matters as it scales institutional DeFi products including tokenized US Treasuries.

• Advise on product development and commercialization from a legal perspective
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, term sheets, and partnership contracts
• Support regulatory compliance for tokenized securities and DeFi products
• Manage legal risk and counsel across product lines and jurisdictions

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission
• 5+ years of corporate, securities, or commercial law experience
• DeFi, crypto, or fintech regulatory knowledge preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills

Ondo Finance is seeking an experienced attorney to join our legal team as Senior Counsel, Product & Commercial. This role works closely with product, engineering, business development, and marketing teams to develop, launch, and scale blockchain-enabled financial products. The ideal candidate has significant experience advising on product development and commercial transactions, a strong understanding of the regulatory considerations applicable to digital assets and financial products, and the ability to balance legal risk with practical business objectives in a fast-moving environment.
