Senior Blockchain Expansion Manager
Job Description
Tether is looking for a Senior Blockchain Expansion Manager to drive its strategy for expanding USDT adoption across emerging and established blockchain networks. You will work with blockchain protocols, validators, and ecosystem teams to integrate Tether's stablecoin and grow its presence across the multi-chain landscape.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new blockchain networks for USDT integration and deployment
- Build and manage strategic relationships with L1/L2 protocol teams, foundations, and validators
- Lead technical and commercial negotiations for new blockchain integrations
- Develop go-to-market strategies for USDT launches on new networks
- Track ecosystem developments and competitive landscape to inform expansion priorities
- Represent Tether at industry events and developer conferences globally
What we are looking for
- Deep understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience in blockchain business development or ecosystem growth
- Strong network within the Web3 infrastructure and protocol space
- Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder partnerships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Technical background sufficient to engage with engineering teams
