Senior Blockchain Engineer - Stablecoins & XRPL

Ingenworks is hiring a Senior Blockchain Engineer focused on stablecoins and the XRP Ledger (XRPL). This is a long-term, hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ or Johnston, RI, working on blockchain development and distributed ledger technologies with an emphasis on stablecoin systems and Ripple integrations.

• Develop blockchain and distributed ledger solutions, with hands-on work on Ripple (XRPL), RippleNet, or related tools.
• Design and implement stablecoin models, including collateralized, algorithmic, and fiat-backed approaches.
• Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Apply cryptography, wallet, and transaction-signing techniques while following blockchain security and compliance best practices.

• Strong experience in blockchain development and distributed ledger technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Ripple (XRPL), RippleNet, or related tools.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Solid understanding of stablecoin models (collateralized, algorithmic, and fiat-backed).
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and backend system integrations.
• Knowledge of cryptography, wallets, transaction signing, blockchain security, and compliance requirements.
