Lemon.io has paid out over $11M to its engineers and connects developers from more than 71 countries. It is currently looking for Senior Blockchain Developers for different projects. The rate depends on seniority level, skills, and experience, with a flexible schedule, async or minimally-overlapping communication, no micromanagement or screen trackers, and direct communication with mostly technical clients.

• Build blockchain projects from scratch with a deep understanding of application architecture as a senior developer.
• Work full-time remotely with no supervision, onboarding onto matched projects promptly and delivering results quickly.
• Communicate directly with clients, justifying decisions and surfacing issues, including on client calls.

• Ethereum/Ethers/Web3 track: 4+ years of software development experience, 3+ years of Ethereum ecosystem expertise with Ethers.js or Web3.js (required), and experience with React and Node.js including at least 2 commercial projects.
• Solana track: 4+ years of software development experience, 2+ years of expertise in Solana (required), and experience with smart contracts is a must.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to create projects from scratch and a deep understanding of application architecture.
• Clear, advanced English communication for discussing business tasks and good self-presentation for client calls.
• Strong self-organization to work full-time remotely without supervision, plus reliability, adaptability, and flexibility to onboard quickly.
