Senior Benefits Manager

Chainlink Labs, the company building the industry-standard decentralized computing platform, is hiring a Senior Benefits Manager to lead its global benefits strategy. You will design, implement, and administer competitive benefits programs for a 100% remote-native organization operating across multiple countries.

• Design and manage global benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and equity plans
• Partner with HR and finance on benefits budgeting, benchmarking, and renewal negotiations
• Manage relationships with benefits brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
• Ensure compliance with benefits regulations across US and international jurisdictions
• Drive employee education and communication initiatives around benefits programs

• 5+ years of benefits administration and program management experience
• Experience managing benefits for a remote-first or globally distributed workforce
• Strong understanding of US and international benefits regulations and compliance
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills

Chainlink Labs is 100% remote-native with team members across dozens of countries. Dallas, TX is preferred but not required. The company is behind Chainlink, the oracle network that secures hundreds of billions in DeFi value, making this a high-profile role within a leading blockchain organization.
