Senior Account Manager, Partner Success

Bitpanda is one of Europe's safest and most secure investment platforms, serving more than 7 million customers with 24/7 trading across cryptocurrencies, crypto indices, stocks, precious metals, and commodities. Founded in Vienna in 2014 and now operating across Europe, Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Partner Success to own the full lifecycle of strategic partner relationships from go-live onward. The successful candidate will excel at articulating Bitpanda's enterprise value propositions around business operations and user adoption growth, building multi-threaded relationships grounded in trust, and implementing strategies to drive retention and revenue within the partner base. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin or Vienna (3 days in office per week), working at the intersection of client success, product strategy, and cross-functional execution.

Bitpanda is hiring a Senior Account Manager for Partner Success, managing relationships with enterprise partners from go-live of the trading platform. Based in Berlin or Vienna (hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities: Manage multi-threaded relationships with partners based on trust, business operations, and user adoption; cross-functional alignment to increase performance and best practices; define mutual business metrics and proactively monitor through quarterly business reviews; collaborate on solutions to critical partner issues; lead in-person and virtual QBRs; act as the main escalation point for partner issues.

Requirements: Ideally native or C2-level German and English; 3+ years in client-facing roles for SaaS or fintech organizations; expertise facilitating training workshops and liaising cross-functionally; creative problem-solver who owns impact and values knowledge sharing.
