Security Engineer, Privy
Job Description
Privy, within Stripe, is hiring a hands-on Security Engineer to cover incident response, on-call security operations, and vulnerability triage for its wallet infrastructure. The role also involves building automation for alert enrichment, remediation workflows, and access-review tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own incident response and on-call security operations for wallet infrastructure
- Triage vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation
- Build automation for alert enrichment, remediation workflows, and access reviews
- Partner with product and engineering teams on security reviews and tradeoffs
What we are looking for
- Real hands-on security engineering or detection engineering experience
- Solid software skills in Python, Go, or Ruby
- Experience with cloud security across AWS and GCP
- Application security background
Additional Information
This is a builder-oriented security role rather than a pure log-review position, sitting alongside cryptography, offensive-security, and infrastructure-security specialists who protect Privy's wallet infrastructure inside Stripe.
