Job Description
The Account Management team at Stripe Crypto drives growth, retention and expansion of key customers across Bridge, Stripe and Privy. This Sales Manager leads a team of Account Executives focused on Stripe Crypto's existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and grow a team of Account Executives
- Own performance against growth and retention targets, including payment volume expansion
- Build and refine the long-term strategy for the existing business sales team
- Develop consultative approaches that expand customer adoption
What we are looking for
- 6+ years of relevant sales experience
- 2+ years leading quota-carrying sales professionals
- Track record driving expansion and retention in an existing customer base
- Ability to hire, develop and manage high-performing sales teams
