Internal Audit Senior Manager, Crypto

Robinhood's Internal Audit team is hiring a Senior Manager to lead audits of the crypto business across Operations, Compliance and Technology, and to help shape the audit practice and plan.

• Execute audits of crypto Operations, Compliance and Technology per the audit plan
• Manage end-to-end audit work including testing, reporting and issue validation
• Present ratings and recommendations to senior management, the C-suite and the Audit Committee
• Support regulatory inspections and special projects

• 10+ years in compliance or operations at a large financial services company
• 7+ years in financial services including technology auditing
• Experience evaluating controls at a crypto exchange, market maker, custodian or broker-dealer
• CIA, CISA or crypto-related certifications preferred
