Senior Staff Partner Engineer
Job Description
Ripple's Partner Engineering team works directly with strategic partners, investments, and other blockchain projects to build custom XRPL-based solutions and ensure partnership success.
Responsibilities
- Engage partners to identify challenges and implement custom technical solutions
- Assess partner use cases and requirements for technical complexity and risk
- Develop XRPL-based solutions for partners
- Provide white-glove technical customer service
- Influence the RippleX roadmap
- Resolve technical challenges cross-functionally
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of technology solutions or development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Swift, C++, Python, and/or Rust
- Passion for blockchain (XRPL experience a bonus)
- Customer-facing technical experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
