Revenue Operations Manager

Morpho is a leading DeFi lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, VanEck, and Coinbase Ventures, with more than $1B in deposits and usage by Bitwise, Galaxy, Anchorage Digital, Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. This role owns Revenue Operations end-to-end within the Business Operations team, reporting to the Head of BizOps.

The Revenue Operations Manager will build and maintain the GTM tech stack, dashboards, and forecasting infrastructure that keeps Morpho's go-to-market engine running cleanly and predictably.

• Own GTM dashboards and KPI reporting
• Run the GTM tech stack, automations, and AI tooling
• Keep CRM data clean and reliable
• Build BI and forecasting infrastructure
• Surface market and media signals for business developers
• Partner with GTM leadership and Finance on compensation, quota, and territory design
• Own the team's knowledge base

• DeFi-native with genuine familiarity with the space
• Background in RevOps, growth engineering, or business analysis at a B2B startup
• Technical/software background
• Strong data skills
• Finance experience
