Release Management Engineer, Mobile

Job Description
Owns and improves the end-to-end release process for Phantom's iOS and Android apps.
Responsibilities
- Manage release schedules/branches/versioning/build promotion and app-store submissions
- Coordinate release readiness across engineering, QA, product, support
- Lead go/no-go decisions; manage TestFlight, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, staged rollouts
- Coordinate hotfixes and rollbacks; monitor release health (crashes, regressions)
- Automate repetitive release tasks (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Bash/Python)
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in release engineering/mobile DevOps/build engineering
- Hands-on production iOS/Android release experience
- Strong knowledge of app-store tooling, signing/provisioning
- Mobile CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, CircleCI, Buildkite)
- Scripting/automation skills
