Account Manager, Part Time FTC

Job Description

Ramp Network provides a powerful fiat-to-crypto toolkit that enables anyone — from established brands to blockchain pioneers — to easily onboard their next million users into Web3. Its embeddable SDK lets any Web3 application add buy/sell crypto flows without building payment infrastructure from scratch.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial team on a part-time, fixed-term basis — 1 day (8 hours) per week for 3 months. This role provides dedicated support to our strategic partner portfolio, helping to maintain strong relationships, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure partners continue to receive an excellent experience. You will work closely with Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Location: London, UK (on-site). Competitive pro-rata salary based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key partner accounts and act as a trusted commercial point of contact
  • Identify opportunities to increase partner value through account growth, product adoption, and joint commercial initiatives
  • Support partner onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into Ramp's platform and services
  • Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to maximise engagement and commercial outcomes
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve partner queries and remove blockers
  • Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and account planning
  • Deliver an outstanding partner experience through proactive communication and relationship management

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or a similar client-facing commercial role
  • Experience working within fintech, crypto, financial services, or technology (payments experience is advantageous)
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Proactive, organised, and self-sufficient approach to managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
