Senior Software Engineer - Go

QuickNode is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join its RPC Platform team, designing, building and scaling the critical infrastructure that powers high-performance blockchain RPC services for developers and enterprises worldwide. The role sits at the intersection of distributed systems, Web3 infrastructure, and developer experience, with full ownership from design through production.

• Design, build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go
• Architect distributed systems powering RPC infrastructure
• Own end-to-end delivery from design through production
• Improve uptime and reduce latency across services
• Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure and DevEx teams
• Debug complex production issues
• Drive engineering standards and best practices

• 6–10 years building/operating backend or distributed systems at high scale
• Strong Go proficiency
• Distributed systems, databases, streaming architecture experience
• Web3/blockchain infrastructure familiarity (RPC, node infra, data streaming)
• Strong production debugging and cross-team communication skills
