The Quality Analyst, Trust & Safety Operations role is based in Bangalore (India) with EU hours coverage and is focused on quality assurance within the fraud and chargebacks/disputes operations team. The QA Analyst reviews and audits analyst decisions against internal policies, risk frameworks, and card network rules, playing a critical role in identifying quality gaps, improving decision-making frameworks, and ensuring consistent compliance across the Trust & Safety function.

MoonPay is seeking a Quality Analyst to join its Trust & Safety Operations team in Bangalore. This role focuses on reviewing and evaluating the quality of fraud, compliance, and customer support operations to ensure the highest standards of safety and accuracy. Salary: $79,000 - $85,000.
