Protocol Director

Galaxy Digital is hiring a Protocol Director to lead its blockchain protocol team managing validator operations across Ethereum, Solana, Chainlink, and other Layer-1 networks. This remote-eligible US leadership role sits at the intersection of protocol research, institutional validator operations, and blockchain ecosystem strategy.

• Lead Galaxy's validator and protocol operations team across Ethereum, Solana, Chainlink, and other major networks.
• Define and execute protocol strategy: node selection, staking optimization, and governance participation.
• Manage relationships with core protocol teams, foundations, and validator ecosystem partners.
• Oversee protocol research, technical due diligence for new network integrations, and slashing risk management.
• Partner with engineering, trading, and product teams on protocol-based yield and revenue opportunities.

• 6+ years in blockchain protocol operations, validator management, or institutional staking.
• Deep knowledge of Ethereum PoS, Solana, and other major proof-of-stake network mechanics.
• Experience managing institutional-scale validator fleets and staking operations across multiple chains.
• Strong leadership skills; experience managing technical teams in crypto or financial services.
• Understanding of governance, tokenomics, and protocol economics across major blockchains.
