Product Project Manager

Xapo Bank is hiring a Product Project Manager to coordinate product delivery across its remote-first team. This role bridges product, engineering, and operations to ensure that Xapo's banking and Bitcoin features ship on time and at quality, working with a globally distributed, async-first team.

• Own delivery timelines and project tracking for product initiatives across Xapo's banking and BTC products.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks proactively.
• Create clear project documentation and maintain status reporting for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with product managers, engineers, compliance, and operations on feature launches.

• 3+ years of project management or product operations experience in fintech, banking, or crypto.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and project tracking tools.
• Comfort working fully remote and async across multiple timezones.
• Interest or background in Bitcoin, crypto banking, or financial products.
