Product Manager

LayerZero Labs is looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for omnichain protocol features. You will define product requirements across developer tooling, cross-chain messaging APIs, and ecosystem partnerships to grow LayerZero's position as the leading interoperability layer for Web3. Based in Vancouver, BC.

• Own the product roadmap for LayerZero's core protocol features, developer SDKs, and ecosystem tooling.
• Translate developer feedback and market research into clear, prioritized product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, protocol research, and partnership teams to ship high-impact features on schedule.
• Define success metrics and track adoption of LayerZero-powered dApps and omnichain protocols.
• Represent the product vision in community calls, developer documentation, and ecosystem communications.

• 4+ years of product management experience in Web3, DeFi, or developer tooling.
• Deep understanding of blockchain interoperability, cross-chain messaging, or Layer-2 networks.
• Experience working with developers as primary users; strong technical intuition and ability to read code.
• Data-driven approach to prioritization with clear frameworks for measuring product impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
