Product Design Lead

This is not a pure UI role. STOKR is looking for a designer who can translate complex financial and on-chain workflows into experiences that institutional and qualified investors trust, navigate, and rely on. STOKR is a regulated digital securities platform licensed by Luxembourg's CSSF, providing capital markets infrastructure for issuers, investors, and intermediaries. You will shape how products behave, not just how they look, working directly with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams. The ideal candidate has built and shipped products inside product companies, not agencies or consulting environments.

• Own the user experience end-to-end: map investor journeys (KYC, subscription, stablecoin settlement, signing flows, secondary market) and redesign friction points
• Build the systems, not just deliverables: establish design operations including discovery habits, workflow standards, usability practices, handoff norms, and reusable component patterns
• Translate regulatory and operational constraints of digital securities into transparent, trustworthy user experiences
• Work directly with Engineering and Product from the start, discussing tradeoffs and edge cases
• Run usability sessions with real users and iterate quickly based on findings

• Deep familiarity with digital asset products: wallets, exchanges, stablecoin flows, or digital securities platforms
• Proven track record shipping digital products in-house at a product company (not agency)
• Think in flows and systems before screens — strong UX and interaction design fundamentals
• Experience building internal design systems, research habits, or component libraries
• Proficiency with Figma and experience with AI design tools
• Based in or willing to work with CET-timezone overlap
