Job Description
Pubgenius is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead development of its AI-driven programmatic advertising platform. This senior role owns technical architecture across React frontend and Node.js backend services serving publisher clients globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and engineering direction for the platform
- Build and optimize React frontend and Node.js backend services
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and set engineering standards
- Collaborate with product on technical roadmap planning
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with principal or staff-level background
- Expert-level React and Node.js skills
- Strong TypeScript proficiency and full-stack architecture experience
- Experience scaling high-traffic, real-time systems
