Member of Technical Staff, Prime Agent

Prime Intellect runs "Lab," a full-stack platform unifying compute, environments, evals, sandboxes, and training/deployment for frontier post-training. This role builds Prime Agent, the company's open-source coding/research agent, spanning product and underlying agent systems end to end.

• Build interfaces for working with agents and managing their tasks
• Own features end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring
• Translate user feedback into product improvements
• Build cloud agents, self-improving loops, and integrations for traces/post-training
• Turn new agent research capabilities into reliable product features

• Strong TypeScript and Python engineering
• Experience with developer tools, dashboards, platform products, agent harnesses
• Strong product/UX judgment
• Experience with async execution and real-time systems
• Familiarity with frontier model/agent capability trends

This is an on-site only role based in San Francisco; compensation includes significant equity incentives alongside cash pay.
