Job Description
Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building the Polygon Open Money Stack. This Senior Accountant reports to the Controller and owns core month-end close activities, supporting global accounting operations across multiple entities, working with both traditional financial instruments and digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Execute month-end close: journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, intercompany reconciliations
- Reconcile bank accounts and digital asset wallets with high-volume activity using AI-assisted tooling
- Perform crypto subledger reconciliations between NetSuite and digital asset systems
- Support US GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures across jurisdictions
- Partner with Treasury on daily cash/crypto liquidity monitoring and crypto-to-fiat conversions
What we are looking for
- 4+ years progressive US GAAP accounting experience
- NetSuite experience with high-volume reconciliations
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in accounting work
- Experience with crypto subledger tools is a plus

Fully remote across 27 eligible locations, supporting accounting operations for Polygon's Open Money Stack across multiple entities.
