Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Phantom is a self-custody crypto wallet with ~$150M Series C funding. This Staff ML Engineer role architects growth/engagement ML systems — personalization, LTV forecasting, recommendation engines — for tens of millions of wallet users.

• Architect ML systems for personalization, LTV forecasting, and recommendation engines across tens of millions of wallet users
• Build and scale MLOps infrastructure (Spark, Kafka, Ray, MLflow) supporting growth and engagement models
• Design and run causal inference and experimentation frameworks to measure feature impact
• Partner cross-functionally with product and growth teams to prioritize ML-driven engagement initiatives

• Python, Scala, or Java
• PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Causal inference and experimentation
