Tether is hiring a People Technology Analyst to manage and optimize its HR technology stack in a fully remote global environment. This role focuses on administering HRIS platforms, building data workflows, and enabling efficient people operations at scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HR technology platforms including HiBob
- Support HRIS administration, integrations, and data quality
- Develop HR data workflows and process automation
- Train team members on HR systems and document processes
- Identify and implement technology improvements for people operations
What we are looking for
- HR technology or HRIS administration experience
- HiBob platform expertise
- Data analysis and workflow automation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
