People and Culture Analyst

Tether Operations Limited is hiring a People and Culture Analyst to support its globally distributed HR function. Based in Brussels or fully remote, you will analyze HR data, support people programs, and contribute to building a strong distributed team culture across Tether's expanding portfolio of businesses.

• Analyze HR metrics including headcount, turnover, engagement, and compensation benchmarks
• Support people programs including onboarding, performance reviews, and employee surveys
• Maintain and improve HRIS data quality and reporting dashboards
• Assist with global hiring coordination and talent acquisition workflows
• Partner with team leads to support culture-building initiatives across remote teams

• 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a similar role
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience supporting distributed or fully remote teams preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; French or Dutch a plus for Brussels
