Partnerships Lead, Blockchain Infrastructure
Job Description
OP Labs PBC, the team behind Optimism and the OP Stack, is seeking a Partnerships Lead to expand the Superchain ecosystem. You will build and deepen relationships with blockchain protocols, infrastructure providers, and developer teams building on the OP Stack, driving adoption of the Optimism Superchain.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close strategic partnerships with blockchain protocols and infrastructure providers
- Drive adoption of the OP Stack by onboarding new chains into the Superchain ecosystem
- Work closely with the Optimism Foundation and technical teams on partner integrations
- Represent OP Labs at Ethereum and L2 ecosystem events and developer conferences
- Build and manage a pipeline of Superchain ecosystem opportunities
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of partnerships or business development experience in blockchain or Web3
- Strong understanding of Ethereum, L2 scaling, and the OP Stack / Superchain
- Existing network within the Ethereum and blockchain infrastructure ecosystem
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and foundation teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information
OP Labs is based in New York and operates in a hybrid model. The OP Stack powers some of the most important chains in the Ethereum ecosystem, including Base, Mode, and Zora. This is a high-visibility role at the center of Ethereum's L2 scaling momentum.
