Senior Experience Engineer
Job Description
Parity Technologies is hiring a Senior Experience Engineer to lead end-to-end feature delivery, from problem discovery to production deployment, on Polkadot-ecosystem products. The role leans heavily on AI-native development workflows to ship MVPs rapidly and validate them with real users.
Responsibilities
- Full-lifecycle ownership of feature development (scoping, architecture, iteration)
- Integrate AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) into daily workflow
- Make autonomous decisions navigating ambiguity
- Deploy MVPs rapidly for user feedback
- Translate stakeholder pain points into functional software
- Remove organizational blockers to maintain shipping velocity
What we are looking for
- Production-grade web app development (TypeScript, React preferred)
- Strong frontend architecture / component-driven development
- System design understanding
- Product intuition for applying AI to deliver user value
Additional Information
This contract role gives an experienced frontend engineer unusually high autonomy over shipping decisions on Polkadot-ecosystem products, with AI tooling built into the day-to-day workflow rather than bolted on.
