Paralegal

Molecule, the decentralized science (DeSci) protocol pioneering IP-NFT and BioDAO infrastructure for biotech, is hiring a Paralegal to support its legal team as it scales IP licensing and governance operations.

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, IP agreements, and licensing contracts
• Support IP-NFT transaction and minting processes
• Maintain and organize legal document repositories and tracking systems
• Coordinate with external counsel, partners, and BioDAO communities

• Paralegal certification or 2+ years of legal or contracts experience
• Intellectual property law background preferred
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills
• Interest in DeSci, crypto, or biotech strongly valued

You will be a force multiplier for Molecule's Chief Legal Officer. This is a broad-based legal operations role inside a venture-backed startup working across biotech IP, decentralized finance, and blockchain-based scientific funding — spanning Switzerland, the EU, the US, and Canada simultaneously. You won't just process documents. You will design and run AI-powered legal workflows end-to-end: draft contracts using LLMs, build Human-in-the-Loop review protocols, maintain prompt libraries and SOPs.
