Partnerships Lead, Strategic Accounts
Job Description
OP Labs builds Optimism, the open-source stack powering over 65% of Ethereum Layer-2 activity, used by Coinbase, Uniswap, OKX, Sony, and others.
This role is single-threaded owner of a portfolio of Optimism's most strategic partner accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts as primary point of accountability for revenue and execution
- Lead full account lifecycle: onboarding, chain deployment, upsell, renewal
- Run Joint Business Plans, KPIs, and structured QBR cadence
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Legal, Data, and GTM to unblock delivery
- Identify churn risk and expansion opportunities early
What we are looking for
- Experience owning enterprise accounts against a revenue target
- Strong understanding of L1/L2s, blockchain infrastructure, and developer ecosystems
- Proven complex commercial negotiation and relationship-structuring experience
- Operational discipline running QBRs and Joint Business Plans
- Comfort selling pre-GA capabilities in an ambiguous environment
Additional Information
Hybrid role based out of OP Labs' New York office hub, with remote-friendly flexibility; compensation is salary-only with no equity component noted in the posting.
