Institutional Sales Lead
Job Description
OP Labs is looking for a Sales Lead to drive Optimism's adoption among the world's largest financial institutions, identifying, securing, and expanding high-impact partnerships central to the company's growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead Optimism's institutional strategy end-to-end
- Identify high-leverage market entry points such as stablecoin corridors, embedded finance, and B2B/B2C rails
- Source, structure, and close high-impact partnerships
- Collaborate with product and engineering on integration and roadmap decisions
- Represent Optimism at industry events and policy forums
What we are looking for
- 10+ years enterprise sales experience with a track record closing complex deals with institutional clients
- Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure: wallets, custody, card issuing, stablecoins, compliance tooling
- Familiarity with Ethereum, Layer 2, and wallet abstraction concepts
