Blockchain Solutions Architect
Job Description
OP Labs is hiring a Blockchain Solutions Architect to support Optimism's enterprise and institutional adoption, helping institutions evaluate, design, and deploy production-grade onchain systems using the OP Stack.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical counterpart for enterprise/institutional partners during evaluations, pilots, and integrations
- Lead technical discovery on architecture, performance, security, compliance, and operational requirements
- Design and support test environments, including devnets, performance benchmarks, and cloud deployments
- Support integrations with wallets, custody providers, cloud infrastructure, and system integrators such as Fireblocks and AWS
- Guide partners through OP Stack deployment models and upgrade paths
What we are looking for
- 5+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales
- Background in blockchain infrastructure, cloud platforms, or financial infrastructure
- Hands-on Ethereum/EVM experience, L1/L2 strongly preferred
- Experience with regulated institutions is a strong plus
