Risk & Governance Manager

As Ondo's tokenized-asset product suite and third-party footprint expand, the company wants to mature its Enterprise Risk Management framework, Third-Party Risk Management program, and policy library. This is a foundational role at the intersection of risk, policy, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an Enterprise Risk Management framework
• Build and operate a Third-Party Risk Management program
• Own the company's full policy framework, including review, approval, and version control
• Lead regulatory examination and institutional audit readiness
• Provide governance support to leadership and the board

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in risk management, compliance, or governance in financial services or fintech
• Experience building and managing ERM frameworks and risk registers
• Experience with Third-Party Risk Management and vendor due diligence
• Track record owning enterprise policy libraries in a regulated environment
• Strong familiarity with regulatory exam and audit-readiness processes
