Risk & Governance Manager
Job Description
As Ondo's tokenized-asset product suite and third-party footprint expand, the company wants to mature its Enterprise Risk Management framework, Third-Party Risk Management program, and policy library. This is a foundational role at the intersection of risk, policy, and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement an Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Build and operate a Third-Party Risk Management program
- Own the company's full policy framework, including review, approval, and version control
- Lead regulatory examination and institutional audit readiness
- Provide governance support to leadership and the board
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in risk management, compliance, or governance in financial services or fintech
- Experience building and managing ERM frameworks and risk registers
- Experience with Third-Party Risk Management and vendor due diligence
- Track record owning enterprise policy libraries in a regulated environment
- Strong familiarity with regulatory exam and audit-readiness processes
