IT Engineer
Job Description
Ondo Finance is seeking a motivated, systems-oriented IT Engineer for its Corporate IT team, combining hands-on IT operations and Tier 1-2 support with ownership of identity, access, endpoint management, and employee lifecycle workflows in a modern, SaaS-first, highly automated environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer Okta, user lifecycle, and SSO/SCIM integrations with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Manage macOS device lifecycle and compliance monitoring via Addigy/Iru
- Build low-code/no-code automations (Okta Workflows) for onboarding and offboarding
- Provide Tier 1-2 IT support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
- Manage vendor onboarding, renewals, and access reviews
What we are looking for
- 2-3 years in IT support/operations or systems-focused roles
- Solid IAM fundamentals (SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC) with hands-on Okta or Azure AD experience
- Experience supporting Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and macOS; comfort in terminal/CLI environments
- Ability to read/modify Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripts
