Business Development Manager, APAC
Job Description
Ondo Finance is looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive growth across the APAC region, working closely with the Regional Head of Institutional and APAC Sales Director to support relationships with exchanges, wallets, custodians, and financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute Ondo's APAC business development strategy and build/manage partner relationships
- Progress deals from engagement through launch and expansion
- Develop creative partnership structures and commercial terms
- Partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations on integrations
- Represent Ondo at APAC industry events
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in business development, partnerships, commercial strategy, or crypto
- Strong commercial judgment negotiating agreements; fluency in English (Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred)
- Preferred: established APAC partner network and experience with tokenized assets, stablecoins, or DeFi

Fully remote across APAC, on a team backed by Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, and Tiger Global.
