Onboarding Analyst
Job Description
Tether is seeking an Onboarding Analyst to support the customer and partner onboarding process, ensuring new clients are efficiently verified and integrated into Tether's ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of compliance, operations, and client relations to deliver a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining rigorous KYC/AML standards.
Responsibilities
- Process and review customer and partner onboarding applications
- Conduct KYC checks and verify documentation against regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with the compliance team to resolve complex or escalated onboarding cases
- Communicate with clients to gather required documentation and explain the process
- Maintain accurate records in the onboarding management system
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the onboarding workflow
What we are looking for
- Experience in client onboarding, KYC, or compliance roles
- Understanding of AML regulations and KYC requirements
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with case management or CRM tools
- Spanish language skills a plus
