Quant Developer (Rust), Liquidity Platform, Delta One Systematic Trading
Job Description
OKX's Liquidity Platform team builds low-latency connectivity to global CeFi and DeFi crypto venues, strategy services for automated pricing and trading bots, and high-frequency data infrastructure. This Senior Software Engineer role on the Delta One Strategy Engineering team works closely with liquidity managers to develop cross-venue trading strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cross-venue liquidity strategies with deep understanding of market microstructure and execution optimization
- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant trading infrastructure for 24/7 crypto market operations
- Architect low-latency trading systems executing strategies across CeFi and DeFi venues simultaneously
- Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and auto-recovery systems for trading operations
What we are looking for
- Deep understanding of market making concepts: spread modeling, inventory management, adverse selection, order flow toxicity
- Experience with cross-venue trading strategies and arbitrage identification
- Proficiency in Rust/C++ and building high-performance, low-latency distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, AliCloud, GCP) and backtesting frameworks
